If subscribers cancel within 30 days after the product is ordered or received and return the product at their expense, then they will receive a full credit of the price for the annual subscription.
If subscribers cancel between 31 and 60 days after the invoice date and return the product at their expense, then they will receive a 5/6th credit of the price for the annual subscription. No credit will be given for cancellations more than 60 days after the invoice date. To receive any credit, subscriber must return all product(s) shipped during the year at their expense within the applicable cancellation period listed above.

The Promotion of Access to Information Act No. 2 of 2000 came into operation on 9 March 2001. The Act allows individuals to obtain information or records held by a public institution or private body. This enables members of the public to access information held by companies, close corporations, partnerships, proprietorships and individuals. In terms of section 51 of PAIA, the head of private bodies must compile a manual, giving information to the public regarding the procedure to be followed in requesting information from that private body when any rights of an individual need to be exercised or protected. This Guide will assist companies to compile their manual and deal with requests for disclosure.
