Product description
Harms Intellectual Property Law Reports is the first true and real life reporting service on Intellectual Property law in South Africa, available in an online only format..
Harms Intellectual Property Law Reports will be made available as a 12 months subscription. The product will deliver the latest local and international judgments, legislation, bills, international conventions and statutes, articles and the like: selected for their interest and pertinence to Intellectual Property law practitioners.
This online series will be updated monthly and is a much-needed leap forward on traditional Intellectual Property (IP) law reports (that are not only slow in reporting only local judgments but ignore international developments in a field which is by and large Convention based). It is now common practice for courts, including the South Africa courts in Intellectual Property matters, to refer and rely on, foreign judgments and other authoritative material.
Note: The online price varies according to package chosen and number of users. Our sales agents will provide a quote on request.
