IR Network contains legislation, cases, forms, weekly comment and topical news articles. A number of practical action lists ensure that you follow the correct formats when dealing with procedural labour issues. It also includes an online commentary Basic Principles of South African Labour Law, written by the late Professor Carl Mischke covering all issues related to labour-law, from individual and collective labour-relations, to unfair dismissal, unfair labour practices, and organisational rights.
