If subscribers cancel within 30 days after the product is ordered or received and return the product at their expense, then they will receive a full credit of the price for the annual subscription.
If subscribers cancel between 31 and 60 days after the invoice date and return the product at their expense, then they will receive a 5/6th credit of the price for the annual subscription. No credit will be given for cancellations more than 60 days after the invoice date. To receive any credit, subscriber must return all product(s) shipped during the year at their expense within the applicable cancellation period listed above.

Occupational Health and Safety Law is an accessible guide to the Occupational Health and Safety Act, No. 85 of 1993 and its regulations. It includes the full Act and regulations, as well as other essential related legislation. The work is arranged into 5 parts. Part A provides the Act with a commentary on each section. Part B contains the regulations and commentary on the construction regulations. Commentary on the other regulations will be released via service issues. Parts C to E contains Government Gazette notices, schedules and other essential related legislation.
The authors are practising attorneys in Johannesburg and jointly head up the Mine and Occupational Health and Safety Department at ENSafrica.
