Product description
LexisNexis is proud to bring you a brand new mini-set to compliment the existing Forms and Precedents titles.
LexisNexis is the sole publisher of the Forms and Precedents publication which also includes commentary in each mini set. As POPIA came into force on 1 July 2021, it can be considered as new law and with that comes much uncertainty around what the correct interpretation and application of POPIA is. As such, there are very limited resources available from an academic perspective which readers can fall back on from a research perspective which explains POPIA correctly in an appropriate research forum, together with the forms and precedents attached.
Online format must be added to a base package. "Request a quote" and a sales agent will contact you.
