Product description
A collection of Human Rights Cases from around the world published in 10 parts per year, ensuring that subscribers are timeously kept abreast of all major developments.
Human Rights has become one of the most significant areas of law worldwide. Lawyers everywhere should be aware of developments in this important and dynamic area.
In the past, access to cases on the subject has proved difficult. Previously reports only contained digests of cases, or were intended to concentrate on specific tribunals, such as the European Court of Human Rights, BHRC has changed this.
Cases selected for publication come from the following jurisdictions: Canada, South Africa, New Zealand, Hong Kong, France, Ireland, Germany, Hungary, Austria, USA, India and the Netherlands.
