This book covers a wide variety of legal subjects which are relevant to both banking and credit management students and/or practitioners. It is mainly aimed at non-law students and offers an alternative to the purchase of a variety of comprehensive legal texts which are aimed at legal practitioners and law students in particular. It therefore consists of a consolidated, fairly comprehensive and affordable text book which deals with those (often disparate) areas of law that are relevant to both the banking and credit management industries.
