If subscribers cancel within 30 days after the product is ordered or received and return the product at their expense, then they will receive a full credit of the price for the annual subscription.
If subscribers cancel between 31 and 60 days after the invoice date and return the product at their expense, then they will receive a 5/6th credit of the price for the annual subscription. No credit will be given for cancellations more than 60 days after the invoice date. Part 1 of this book is a general introduction to constitutional law and Part 2 focuses on the Bill of Rights. It is ideal for two semester courses.
In its first part this book deals with the values, elements and workings of a constitutional state which includes the authority of the government and the separation and distribution of the powers of the state among its various organs and tiers as described in the Constitution of South Africa. In the second part the South African Bill of Rights is discussed with reference to the process for its enforcement, as well as its influence on the interpretation of legislation and the development of common law and customary law. The various rights and their limitation are examined in detail.
